Batken Branch Staff

Robert Abazbekov

Position: Co-ordinator of the Southern region. 

Education: Osh State University, Faculty of Law, Osh State University, Faculty of Philology.   

Role: Organising the work of all regional offices and professionally representing the Foundation. Carrying out general leadership activities and implementing projects in the Batken Branch, Jalal-Abad and Leilek regional offices.

 

Gulnara Aijigitova

Position: Office Manager.

Education: The Kyrgyz-Uzbek University, Faculty of Modern Languages and International Relations, Speciality in English Language. 

Role: Managing the office, writing translations of incoming and outgoing documents, creating protocols for meetings between staff, archiving the documents of the Batken Branch and providing functional office equipment and managing the work of technical staff.

 

Nazgul Aldasheva 

Position: Project Manager of “Advancing Civil Society and Tolerance in the Ferghana Valley”.

Education: Osh State University, Faculty of Law, Speciality in Law.   

Role:: Organising and managing project activities, maintaining regular contact with partner organisations, local governments and other related groups, in order to effectively implement projects. Taking part in project research and analysis of the organisation.

 

Gulnara Temirbaeva 

Position: Project Manager “To Stability through Joint Activity and Dialogue”. 

Education: Osh State University, Faculty of History, Speciality in History.   

Role: Organising and managing project activities, coordinating and maintaining regular contact with partner organisations, local government bodies and other related organisations in order to increase the effectiveness of project implementation, taking part in research and analysis of projects in the organisation.

 

Makhmadier Hasanov 

Position: Project Manager “Raising the Potential of Civil Society and Groups in Communities to Develop Effective Conflict Strategies and Implement Response Activities in the Osh and Jalal-Abad Regions.”.   

Education: Osh State University, Faculty of Management and Business, Speciality in Economics and Business Management.    

Role: Organising and managing project activities, coordinating and maintaining contact with partner organisations, local governments and other related groups to increase the effectiveness of project implementation. Taking part in planning and implementing activities of the project in target areas, and drawing up reports of the project in correspondence to set guidelines. Researching and analysing projects of the organisation.

 

Bazarbai Maaseitov

Position: Project Assistant “Advancing Civil Society and Tolerance in the Ferghana Valley”

Education: Institute of Management, Business and Tourism, Specialty in Management of the Hotel Tourist Business.

Role: Taking part in planning and effectively implementing project activities, preparing reports concerning projects in compliance with set forms, taking part in all staff meetings of the project and regional office and taking part in the programme on increasing professional skills.

 

Maksatbek Duisheev

Position: Project Assistant “Towards Stability Through Joint Activity and Dialogue”.

Education: Kyrgyz National University, Faculty of Philosophy and State Management, Specialty in State and Municipal Management.

Role: Taking part in planning and realising the project. Effectively implementing project activities in target areas, for example, organising trainings, focus-groups and interviews. Maintaining contact with representatives from government bodies, local councils and local inhabitants, and preparing reports concerning the project activities and presenting such reports to the manager.

 

Bakhrom Rakhmankulov

Position: Volunteer, Co-ordinator of the Club for Young Politicians.

Education:  Batken State University, Faculty of Pedagogy.

Role: Coordinating activities of the Club for Young Politicians, organising cultural and informative educative activities for volunteers of the branch, and helping staff to build activities for the Foundation.

 

Urustambek Koshunbetov

Position: Project Assistant “Youth Theatre for Peace”. 

Education: Kyrgyz-Uzbek University, Faculty of Modern Languages and International Relations, Speciality in Teaching Foreign Languages and Literature.   

Role: Implementing project activities, helping the youth theatre to realise their projects and carrying out monitoring of activities being implemented by grants in the Batken region.

 

Gulpariz Kozubaeva

Position: Accountant.

Education: Jalal-Abad Commercial Institute, Faculty of Finance. Speciality in Accounting.   

Role: Maintaining Account and Tax records in the organisation, forming and providing financial reports to donors, government bodies, accounting for payments in the state budget, in payments for state social insurance, paying staff, and paying tax. Timely payments and control over the economical use of materials and financing of resources, maintaining the property of the organisation and control of HR outsourcing.
