Raya Kadyrova 

Position: President 

Education: Kyrgyz State University 1979, Bishkek, Bachelors Degree, Faculty of Humanities and English Language.   

Role: Organising the work of the Foundation in the best and most professional way. Managing and supporting connections with current and potential donors, government agencies, public funds and international organisations, and furthermore supporting activities which resonate with the goals and mission of the Foundation, as well as with similar organisations in other countries.

Anara Eginalieva  

Position: Director of Bishkek Head Office.

Education: Kyrgyz State University 1979, Bishkek, Bachelors Degree, Faculty of Russian Philology.  

Role:  Maintaining contact and collaboration with civil society and government structures, developing strategy planning and programme coordination, developing and coordinating planned activities in regional offices and implementing monitoring and evaluation of projects.

Gulbara Kukanova 

Position: Financial Manager.

Education: Kyrgyz State University, Bishkek, Speciality in Accounting Reports and Analysis of Economic. 

Role: Implementing the finance activities of the Foundation, controlling the budget and budget of regional offices and finance accounts for donors, and furthermore, developing the budget of the Foundation and its regional offices.

Samara Papieva

Position: Programme Director.  

Education: Osh State University 2005, Speciality in Law.

Role: Coordinating and providing designs and implementing projects in the frame work of the programmes of FTI, developing strategy plans together with the President and Director, and carrying out monitoring and evaluation of the projects.

Tajikan Shabdanova

Position: Project Manager “Involving Students in Peace Building”.

Education: Osh State University, Speciality in Law.

Role: Coordinating project activities concerning students in Osh and Jalal-Abad, assisting the implementation of the project on economic actors and helping the development and preparation of project documents.

Guljan Tabldieva

Position: PR Officer.

Education: Kyrgyz National University, Bishkek, Speciality in Linguistics and Cultural Communication.

Role: Providing coverage and information about the foundation’s activities and assisting the creation and support of the image of the organisation in the public eye.

Artem Ponomarenko

Position: GPPAC Regional Liaison Officer.

Education: Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, Bishkek, Speciality in Political Science.

Role: Оказывает помощь в реализации проекта, содействует в организации мероприятий запланированных в рамках проекта. Является администратором сайта Фонда. 

Aigul Birimkulova

Position: Accountant, Cashier. 

Education: Kyrgyz Agrarnii University, Bishkek, speciality in Accounting and Auditing.

Role: Archiving documents, cash documents, producing inventories of cash on hand and managing reports.
