On the 14-15 October, 2010 in Jalal-Abad regional office of FTI, conducted two daily trainings for 3 target communities in the Jalal-Abad region. (Bazaar Korgon, Tash Bulak in the Suzak region and the micro-district Kurmanbek in Jalal-Abad). During the course of the activities, questions were discussed on strengthening valuable goals to achieve interpersonal and interethnic agreements, understanding about mobilisation, and conflict transformation. Furthermore issues on how to create pre-conditions for easing the conflict situation positively.

To summarise the activity, participants developed a work plan to further the implementation of structural and social projects in their communities.
